The combination of western comfort with Japanese tatami experience was mind-blowing. The hotel was super family-friendly with changing stations everywhere and a family onsen. The location was convenient, just a few minutes walk to delicious restaurants and the train station. The hotel felt new and clean, providing a relaxing time with excellent customer service. The private onsen in the room was a jaw-dropping experience. The staff were lovely and accommodating, from helping with our bags to fitting us in for a meal. The room itself was clean and wonderful, with a comfortable bed and awesome pillows. The free private family baths were a great addition. The hotel also had foot baths and separate public baths. The walkable distance from the train station was convenient. The quiet neighborhood and on-site parking were additional perks. highly recommended for a fantastic stay.

The indoor and outdoor public onsen were also very relaxing. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and supermarket. And the fresh milk from the vending machine outside the onsen was amazing! we would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

I recently stayed at Laforet Ito Onsen Yunoniwa for a few nights with my family. We booked a room with a private onsen, which was spacious and comfortable. The kaiseki dinner served at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing a reclining chair/bed for my 4-month-old baby. The hotel is family and child-friendly, which made dining a breeze. The English-speaking staff at reception and the restaurant made communication effortless. , the Japanese-style room with beds on the floor offered a unique and enjoyable experience. The hotel's location in a charming town, with a supermarket and various food options nearby, was a plus. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
